The ‘Standard Call Out’ is only available for customers that have a door that has passed an inspection by ourselves within the past 12 months and require non urgent attendance for a fault or repair. We cannot guarantee a full operational repair on the first attendance, but this may be possible depending on the damage and condition of the door. As more time is available to prepare, it may be possible to take some repair materials to the call out, or arrange a suitable MEWP or scaffold if required.

• Any works to additional doors whilst on site
• Any electrical works from the distribution board to the power terminal

Access

Sufficient access is required to enable repairs. It is the clients responsibility to ensure any obstructions are removed prior to our attendance.

Prices start from £ 80.00+VAT for the first hour dependant on site location and time of visit
